An elder Cherokee was teaching his grandchildren about life. He told them, "There is a terrible fight within me, between two wolves."
One wolf represents fear, anger,
envy, sorrow, regret, greed,
arrogance, self-pity, guilt,
resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

One child asked "Which wolf will win?"
One child asked "Which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee simply replied,"The one you feed."
The other stands for joy, peace,
love, sharing, serenity, humility, kindness, hope, benevolence, friendship,empathy,
generosity, truth, and compassion.
